I have always wanted to go to Greece! This is a very nice shot I love the contrast between the pillars and the sky. It really portrays the greatness of Grecian arcitecture.

i hate the watermarks, they ruin pictures for me. but i must say this picture is fascinating. i've always wanted to go there. oh and the sky is amazing. the blue really pops along with the pillars. :)

I love the way you chose to angle and crop this piece. You have a nice eye and it works so wonderfully. You are angled just perfectly to give this a nauseatingly tall and powerful feel. Great piece and great bold colors. Did you enhance this at all? Either way nice work.

Thanks for the thoughtful critique :) And yes I edited it a bit, increased saturation/contrast etc., but not too much. Often photos from my camera look faded, so I usually end up editing most.

thanks :) And if you ever get the chance you definitely should visit athens, I think its the place I was most impressed with out of everywhere I've been in Europe, beautiful and its very easy to get around :P

The contrast of the old building with the sky is fabulous, really. Also, the angle at which it was taken (pointing up) symbolises the greatness of the old Greeks/Romans (I'm not sure which it were..) This could work well in a touristic magazine, for sightseeingspots.
